Background

I am returning to the place where I learned to work in sports as a student-athlete in the REX. For nine years, I was the executive director of Sunflower Soccer Association in Topeka, Kansas, overseeing the program, tournaments, facilities, and a large facility improvement project. In 2016, I returned to the shores of Lake Michigan and lived in Stevensville, Michigan, first working in operations for a small art museum and returning to sport as the recreation manager for the City of St. Joseph, managing the John & Dede Howard Ice Arena and beginning recreation programming in the city as the first manager. Most recently, I worked for Kingdom Workers as the Jesus Cares team lead, combining 18 years of experience coaching soccer to children with intellectual disabilities with sharing Jesus with people with disabilities. Throughout the years, I have coached recreational, competitive, and Division III college soccer.
